To Gaile, About Charactor Creations.
Well here it goes, I've done a suggestion sort of like this before. But i got another idea with it all. Something couple of my guildies pointed out to me with it.
1st time i suggested letting us make any class in any chapter we wanted if we had the them all combined into the account.
Well this time with some real hard thinking on it. And doesn't sound all that hard to do i will get to that in a bit. But in Proph. you can only make the core classes, Factions make 2 extras +core classes... Well if you have all 3 chapters combined together, make it so in Nightfall ONLY if you have it combined with the other 2 chapters be able to make Core + 2 Nightfall + 2 Cantha.
Now to the NO it isen't that hard to do.. Look at what so called skill quests there are for the core classes in Nightfall. There isen't any, What so ever. You have your what 2 maybe 3 NPC's out side Kamadan when you do your 2ndary choice. You click accept want this and it unlocks skills for you to use. Every other skill has to be bought in Nightfall.
So for all the oh no it's to much work and to hard to put in, Well it's bogus for this one. Not alot of coding and changing.
Oh and waiting for someone to fire up with the whole, Well the Rit & Assassin were Catha stuff. Well if your going to point fingers like that, Nothing personal but the Core Classes aren't Cantha & Elona Theme style chars. But they did change there appearance to make it that kind of theme. So yes the Rit & Assassin creation in Nightfall is still doable.
Now 1 thing that they will have to add in is few more armor Skins. But they can do knockoff look alikes with it all, Doesn't matter really. But still not out of the question to get this to happen.
Reason i keep bringing this up and wanting to make this work is alot of ppl i know have wanted all the classes on there accounts or maybe only want the Assassin OR Rit but HATE Cantha Pre-Searing. And i'm one of them i really hate it there. I don't care for Nightfall's to much but i would be more ap to make one there instead of Cantha.
Also yes i have Every chapter and expansions unlocked on my account. So no i'm not trying to find a easy way to make 1 of the other classes in a diffrent place.
So if could get some GOOD support with all this, Maybe we could get something going to A-Net. Because all in all there is less work to add the 2 classes as there is to 1st make all the decorations and NPC's skins for the BIG holiday events. So please lets get everyone to sign this, Please.

If I could play the expansion classes in Prophecies then I would buy the expansions right now.

If I could make a Paragon and start from Prophecies with it, I'd do so.
I didn't bother reading anything past the 2nd paragraph.

I'd like this to be added, but it would be an awful lot of work. You'd have to add beginner quests, skills, and armour to each starter area that doesn't already support the professions. To be honest, it doesn't take long to get a character to a port town and across to the one you wanna play, so I'd much rather Anet focuses their attention on something else (like making GW2 a great game, for instance).
After actually reading your original post, as opposed to just going off the thread title, I have to say I don't support the idea in the slightest. It's just not worth it if the result is only for Nightfall. Especially since they'd have to make new armour. Even reskins would take a bit of time, and I don't think I can stand another couple weeks of "Oh mi gosh! Anet iz 2 lae-z to maek noo arma. The jst reskin al tha tym!" like what happened after the EotN release. It will happen.
If you wanna play a rit or assassin, just suck it up and play through the tutorial island. You can get through it in a few hours, it's not that bad.
Just as a side note, Cantha didn't experience any searing, so there is no Factions Pre-searing

sounds like a lot of work to include all professions into pre, nice idea though but i doubt it would be possible.

plus the cultural aspect........
would you have been likely to find aztec cavalry or roman armored knights?
theres a reason they are restricted to one campaign

Read the whole thread, my only real complaint that falls in the subject area is that prophecies does not have its own campaign specific professions. Granted, that was the first campaign released so the developers probably didn't have any idea of a plan for expansions yet so I write that one off.
Anyways, there is no need to add the Rt or A to NF. Understanding that there are no profession specific quests there, the Assassin Master and Ritualist Master would need to be added to the area where you do hero training and choose your secondary profession. Developers would then have to decide which NF skills they want to give to a low level A or Rt as there are no core A or Rt skills.

No.
That would mean adding more skills to the Factions and Nightfall professions. Also, these two games would lose their exclusivity.
So no.

I wouldn't mind new armors from the different campaigns, but that's really the only thing I like about this possibility.
Pre-Searing takes place something like seven years before Dervishes and Paragons are even encountered in Tyria. Following that, Pre-Searing takes place two years before Assassins and Ritualists are encountered in Tyria.
Basically the only campaign that would benefit if you follow the lore would be Nightfall, since that's the only one that takes place after, or during, when you encounter all the new professions. It would make no sense for Pre-Searing, or even Factions, to have a Scythe wielding holy person or a spear chucking leader be thrown into the mix because they were encountered in the future.
And after thinking about it, it doesn't really even make sense for there to be Assassins or Ritualists in Nightfall because they hadn't encountered those Canthan themed professions yet.

I could see it happening. It would sure add a lot of diversity to the previous campaigns and could make PuGing more interesting. Besides that I don't see why it couldn't fit with the lore since Vael is Tyrian (I think) and he's clearly an assassin. We could just call Tyrian Assassins Agents/Rogues or something... Different name, same profession. I'm sure it could be done with the others as well.
I'm no coder but all this does seem like it would be quite complex when considering armor/quests and such, although I could be wrong.

Good point, but still not a change I want to see implemented.
Also, Anton is definitely Ascalonian and is an assassin. The Rt is a Luxon and the Derv is an Elonian. Not sure what the paragon is supposed to be in EOTN.

Canthan represent Asian => Asian don't have black dude who throw spear at people! More important, we don't use Scythe to cut people head. We have two hand spear, swords, axes,...!
Elonian represent African => Sorry Africans does not have assasins running around with a dagger like we Asian. lol
But that's not the reason why I will not sign. The main reason is that. IF YOU BUY NIGHTFALL ONLY YOU WOULD HAVE THE ALL 3 CAMPAIGN (IN THE SENSE OF PVP?) SORRY!!! IT's A NO. Why would I pay $120 for the campaigns and those who have Night Fall ONLY can access to what I have?
Last word, if you want a sin in Elona, play from Canthan then move them over.
